Membership Overview

  There are three levels of DGLA membership:

1. Player Members - For those who play leagues and are part of a State wide Point Series we offer the full Monty - player package, prize awards based on standing in Point Series compared to other registered “Playing Members”, voting rights, support course improvement, and your life time DGLA membership number.
    
2. Contributing Members - If your not competing or don’t desire prizes based on your standing in the point series but desire to help grow Disc Golf and Disc Golf Leagues, Improve disc golf courses in the area and have voting rights to help determine the direction and impact of what will be the largest group of disc golfers by supporting this organization, you are a contributing member.
    
3. Supporting Members - If you just want to be associated, be counted in the list of those who believe in DGLA’s mission, maybe help provide information, offer services or products to help the group grow and clubs and leagues flourish - then sign up, secure your DGLA lifetime member number and show your support. - it’s Free

Player Members:

Membership fee is $30 for 2012.  Benefits of Membership:

• Players Package:
• Commemorative  “DGLA Member MiCPS 2012”.logo  disc
• DGLA glow mini 
• Eligible for awards based on participation in a DGLA Point Series - Yes prizes for Winter AND Summer based on when you become a member.
• Michigan players are eligible to win MDGO Mi State Finals Berths and
• Part of your membership fee goes to help Disc Golf courses in your state or region - DGLA Grant program
• Voting rights for the current year.
• Able to be listed and highlighted in the Disc Golf Resource Directory
• Able to list projects in the Disc Golf Course Project list
• Lifetime DGLA Membership #

Contributing Members:

Membership fee is $15 for 2012.  Benefits of Membership:

• The majority of  your membership fee goes to help Disc Golf courses in your state or region - DGLA Grant program
• Voting rights for the current year.
• Able to be listed and highlighted in the Disc Golf Resource Directory
• Able to list projects in the Disc Golf Course Project list
• Lifetime DGLA Membership #. 

Supporting Members:

Membership fee is FREE for 2012.  Benefits of Membership:

• Able to be listed in the Disc Golf Resource Directory.
• Able to list projects in the Disc Golf Course Project list
• Lifetime DGLA Membership #. 

DGLA now sponsors a course improvement grant program, where clubs or individuals can apply for a DGLA grants to help finance a new course or existing course improvement.  

You can help grow Disc Golf leagues by showing your interest and participation by becoming a member today.  You and others will receive the benefits for years to come.
